Our project team of certified and licensed electricians and engineers has designed customized energy infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of commercial, industrial, municipal, K-12 and higher ed organizations across the U.S.
We handle everything from initial assessment and design through implementation and ongoing maintenance. We also handle all permitting and secure all state and federal funding/rebate opportunities.

Farhan Sheikh
Farhan is a highly motivated construction project manager, energy engineer, and renewable energy expert with a passion for transforming the built environment towards a more sustainable future.
With a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, a Masters in Construction Management as well as PMP, CMIT, and OSHA 30 certifications, Farhan oversees the design and engineering of all ABS energy-related projects.

Highly-qualified, Faiq currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a Master of Business Administration degree, a Engineer-in-Training (EIT) degree and is OSHA Certified.
Faiq is driven by a passion for designing innovative, efficient, and reliable electrical systems that not only meet project specifications but also advance sustainability and energy efficiency.

Sara Greenbeck
As a former Child Development Director, Sara fostered the growth and well-being of young minds. From there, Sara transitioned into her current role as our Controller, where her strategic acumen and financial prowess drive the fiscal success of ABS.

Konnye Zavala
With over five years of experience, a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Systems Engineering Technology, and a Master of Science in Project Management, Konnye is a valuable asset to our project team. She brings energy, a fresh perspective, and a "whatever it takes" attitude to every project she leads.
Outside of work, Konnye enjoys photography and taking Oliver—her Labrador/German Shepard—for long walks.

Often referred to as the “glue” that holds ABS together, Katrina helps the company run seamlessly. She's known for being a thorough and effective trainer, teacher, and mentor, with a strong focus on detail and excellent organizational skills.
Her ability to predict and prepare for any situation, coupled with an intuitive approach to identifying and addressing potential problems, ensures smooth operations.

Klara Moradkhan
Klara oversees the planning and implementation of a variety of ABS projects. Prior to joining our team, Klara worked as an advisor to a building materials company. She has directed U.S. and global teams on several highly complex projects for Fortune 500 companies. Klara has a degree in computer engineering as well as advanced training in applied mathematics. In addition to her work at ABS, Klara is involved with several community and humanitarian causes.

Dave Fulton
Dave plays a key role in both marketing and business development for ABS. His exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with different personalities are highly valued by customers, prospects and coworkers alike. He is also a terrific motivator, frequently inspiring others to overcome challenges and achieve previously unattainable goals. Dave received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Aaron works closely with project stakeholders to develop and manage a process that ensures each project achieve a successful outcome. This includes setting and managing customer expectations, developing detailed project plans, minimizing project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks.

Alex Delgado
In addition to 11 years of in-the-field electrical experience, Alex has completed the Los Angeles Trade Technical College Electrical Construction and Maintenance Program and is working on his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. This combination of in-the-field experience and technical training helps him plan, schedule, and manage projects successfully—ensuring accuracy and quality from start to finish on every job.

Vanessa Salas
With more than 18 years' experience in office administration and management, Vanessa ensures that ABS' Southern California office runs smoothly. Always professional and unflappable, Vanessa tackles every challenge with grace and a 'whatever-it-takes' attitude. When she's not in the office, Vanessa can be found working on her Business Management degree, supporting her kid's sporting activities or shopping for shoes. Lots and lots of shoes!
