Electrical Project Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager with expertise in the electric vehicle charging and solar/battery storage industry or deep knowledge of the electrical industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and managing complex projects, from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. A minimum of five years' experience in electrical is required.

We are an established general commercial construction (B License) company with a strong emphasis on electrical work (C10 License). We currently have numerous projects in public works, such as airports and schools districts. We specialize in new construction, tenant improvement, energy efficiency upgrades, and are an industry leader in EV Charging installation. About This Postion
Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects in the electric vehicle charging and solar/battery storage sector.

Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, stakeholders, and clients in a timely and clear manner.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure project success.

Resource Allocation: Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.

Budget Management: Monitor project financials, control costs, and report on budget variances.

Technical electrical, energy and/or construction experience is "a plus!"

Must have good familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)

Prior experience in this role is required.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electric vehicle charging and solar/battery storage industry or deep knowledge of the electrical industry. (Three years project management experience preferred)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Seasoned Energy Engineer
As an Energy Engineer at ABS you will design, develop, and audit energy-related projects to find efficient and innovative ways to supply energy. This involves looking at ways to reduce costs, researching ways to generate new energy to reduce carbon emissions and minimize environmental damage, and carrying out site inspections and energy surveys. You should have a deep understanding of energy systems and be able to develop creative solutions that improve energy efficiency while also meeting the customer’s needs.

Journeyman Electrician
In the journeyman role, you will perform electrical work and inspection on wiring, fixtures, outlets, and other electrical components. You will replace and repair electrical equipment and devices as required. You must maintain a deep understanding of building code regulations to check and ensure compliance with the highest standards of building design and construction. Success in this role will be demonstrated by employing effective process controls to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficient installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

We are looking for a Rockstar, who knows how to create strong, engaged and accountable teams in the people that they lead. You will work on construction job sites as assigned, moving from one job site to another. This could be from a public sector work site to a private sector worksite with changing priorities, regulations, and requirements.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in both public and private sector settings

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring

Install electrical components such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
