Sales Account Executive

About This Position
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business and strengthening client relationships. You will leverage your expertise in sales, strategic prospecting, and market insights to develop a strong pipeline of business opportunities. With a focus on achieving and surpassing quarterly and annual sales goals, your impact will directly propel our company forward.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Strategy Development​

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns.

Identify key target markets and segments for focused outreach efforts.

Continuously assess and refine sales and marketing tactics based on performance metrics and feedback.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting efforts.

Utilize networking, cold calling, and email outreach to engage potential clients.

Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on potential value and strategic fit.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new customer acquisitions.
Sales Pipeline Management

Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM system.

Track leads through various sales cycle stages from initial contact to closure.

Implement effective follow-up strategies to move deals forward.

Forecast future sales revenue based on pipeline analysis and historical data.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of new accounts for project implementation and delivery.
Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and deal sizes.

Generate regular sales performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and resource allocation.

Conduct post-mortem analysis on closed deals to understand success factors.

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting.
