Getting to know you
We won't know if we can support and/or offer potential value to you until we get to know you.
The intent of this first interaction and/or meeting with ABS is to gain some understanding of what you may be trying to accomplish, and to offer a preliminary path forward should you agree it's warranted.
ESTABLISH PRIORITIES
Preliminary Feasibility Assessment
Your feedback matters, and is the most critical component of any solution that's identified.
At ABS our mindset is such that our first priority is you. Period. As such, it's important to know what aspects of your facility are causing you the most frustration.
Based on that feedback, our partnership with you can begin by conducting an assessment of your facility. Our preliminary feasibility assessment (PFA) will identify/establish possible solutions that minimize risk, maximize value and address the concerns you've shared.
COLLABORATIVE DESIGN
IGA Process & Detailed Design
The result of a successful PFA is twofold:

Our customers have a thorough understanding of what is possible, and what the Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) data reflects. IE - potential solutions, project cost, project savings, potential utility incentives, etc.

In parallel, ABS will have a firm understanding of what specific measures our client would like to pursue further, after we have had the opportunity to advise on all potentially viable solutions.
Our approach will always be educational in nature, sharing our professional expertise, while also being mindful in allowing you to take a directive role within the development process.
The next step in our process is to facilitate an Investment Grade Audit (IGA), and to conduct a collaborative Detailed Design (DD) process.
The end result of this exercise is to deliver a "construction ready" proposal package that you have been able to have a influential role in developing, and can have confidence in obtaining your best possible solution.
